Gentle Movement. Meaningful Change.

Anat Baniel Method® Neuromovement® for children and adults — supporting learning, movement, and quality of life.

Jackie Moore, LPN, began her healthcare journey in New Jersey before relocating to North Carolina in 2013. Her passion for caring for others led her to the Anatbaniel Method® after witnessing the profound impact it had on her niece with cerebral palsy.

Seeing meaningful improvements in movement, awareness, and quality of life inspired Jackie to pursue certification and dedicate her practice to helping others experience what is possible through gentle, brain-based movement.

  • Our son Ian was born with a condition that caused severe motor skill deficits and developmental delays. We started seeing Jackie when Ian was 10 months old. He couldn't roll over or reliably grasp toys, much less sit or crawl. We noticed the benefits of AMB immediately. After our first lesson, Ian’s system seemed to “come online” and he began interacting with us, and things in new ways.  After a year of lessons, he is almost sitting independently, has amazing manual dexterity, and is starting to stand up. - Zach and Rachel

  • After every intensive, Ian comes out with better mental focus and new physical skills, and we have excitement and hope about what’s possible for him. Jackie is the ultimate ABM practitioner-she has an innate understanding and ability to connect with kids and their families. She is wonderfully attuned to Ian and his needs, and her warmth, genuine care, and strength-based approach makes ABM lessons with her even more impactful. ABM and Jackie specifically, have made a tremendous impact on our family this year and by far the best thing we’ve done for Ian.

  • Our daughter Annie began ABM in third grade. We were so happy to learn about Jackie when she started giving lessons here in Greensboro. Annie has been seeing Jackie for many years now. Jackie’s gentle, sweet demeanor is such a joy. She is so kind and patient. We really appreciate how she is willing to answer our questions and will always share insight about how ABM helps to organize the brain.

Annie is 18 now, she has mild cerebral palsy, and ABM lessons have helped her movement more than any other therapy we’ve done. It has been amazing to see how something so gentle and subtle, can produce such dramatic results.

We are so thankful to have found ABM and to have a practitioner like Jackie who is so invested in our daughter’s well-being.
